In collaboration with our fitness partner, the Kyros Project, a team of nutrition and physiology experts provide personal diagnostic assessments and tailor bespoke programmes for each resident's lifestyle, focusing on nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being.

William Harding
Having worked in leading hotels and residential developments in London and New York, including overseeing ultra-luxury private residences at Belgravia Gate, William brings extensive experience, a discerning personality and meticulous attention to the Auriens community.
Dan McCaskie
Dan joins us from the Grosvenor House Suites, where he was Head Concierge for the past eight years. Prior to that, he was Head Concierge at the Plaza on the River Club & Residence. He is a member of the Society of the Golden Keys, an exclusive organisation made up of the world's top concierges.
Roza Hajiyeva
Roza is the main contact for residents, ensuring their smooth transition to Auriens. Her well-rounded experience spans client relations and property management at a luxury build-to-rent development in the UK, as well as roles as a front of house manager and a reservation manager in the hotel industry.
Panos Kotalakidis
Head Chef Panos Kotalakidis brings a modern approach to Culfords Restaurant, grounded in classical cuisine. With experience at luxury resorts in Greece and the Savoy hotel – including the prestigious Simpson’s-in-the Strand – Panos focuses on sustainability, fresh seasonal produce, and zero waste to create nutritionally balanced, flavourful dishes. He believes that "a strong work ethic, discipline, and creativity are key to success in any kitchen."
Ergyul Kosakova
Ergyul has a rich background in hospitality from esteemed establishments like the Bulgari Hotel London and private residences. With impeccable organisation and a steadfast commitment to excellence, you can rest assured in the knowledge that Ergyul is at the helm of our housekeeping team.
