David Meagher

David Meagher oversaw the development, structuring, and financing across the Auriens Group before taking on the position of CEO in 2020. Prior to joining Auriens, David was involved in the London real estate market, focusing primarily on residential development and land trading. Highlights included the re-development of Grade 1 Listed Terrace into houses and apartments, a luxury apartment development in Knightsbridge, and the purchase and sale of the £1bn GDV Whiteleys Shopping Centre Development opportunity in Bayswater.

Ann Whelan

Ann believes passionately that effective HR practices are the success of a company and allow its people to succeed. She brings over 20 years of experience working in the field of luxury hospitality to Auriens. Prior to joining us, Ann was Vice President HR - Europe for Jumeirah including The Carlton Tower and The Lowndes Hotel. She was previously also Director of HR for The Lanesborough.

Head of Development
Brendon Moss

As Head of Development, Brendon is responsible for managing all Auriens' real estate development activities including our future developments in St John's Wood and Kensington. Brendon has extensive experience in property development having previously been Development Director at Qatari Diar where he was responsible for Chelsea Barracks. Prior to this, Brendon was Development Director for Land Securities and Tishman Speyer.

Patricia Greenwood

Patricia brings to Auriens over 25 years experience of working in the field of luxury hospitality. She has worked with leading independent hotel companies such as Firmdale Hotels and The Capital Group as well as for renowned hotels such as Killiecrankie and Brown’s Hotel. Her previous roles also include Publishing Director for Conde Nast Johansens.
