Having worked across luxury, art and travel, including senior roles at Hauser & Wirth, NetJets and Value Retail, Adele brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, communications and content. She joined Auriens Group in 2026 to lead marketing across Auriens Chelsea and Draycott Nursing & Care, supporting the Group’s continued growth in later living and care.

With a background in hospitality and healthcare, Fiona oversees technology initiatives, sustainability efforts and overall service quality. She is also responsible for managing brand standards and operational procedures to ensure seamless operations at Auriens Chelsea and future locations.

With over thirty years of global Human Resources experience in luxury hotels and cruise lines, Tim is committed to making Auriens a great employer and a rewarding place to work. Central to our mission is fostering a warm, caring environment where everyone can thrive.

Nish brings over a decade of experience in asset management, capital markets, and private equity. He oversees acquisitions, manages key partnerships, and conducts financial analysis of investments. Previously, at Westbourne Capital and Lloyds Bank, he transacted on deals in excess of £1bn GDV and over £500m in debt financing. Nish holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from LSE and has passed Levels I and II of the CFA programme.

With two decades of expertise from roles at Young Living and Forrester Research, Homan's journey in finance is a story of continuous growth and adaptability. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he navigates the dynamic landscape of financial strategies, contributing to the ongoing success and resilience of Auriens.

Siva has extensive experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record across both the private healthcare and hospitality sectors. She supports growth across both Draycott and Auriens, building meaningful partnerships and applying a consultative approach to strengthen relationships in line with the organisations’ shared vision.
