We have partnered with Draycott Nursing & Care, a service highly regarded by the City's top consultants and GPs, to provide qualified domiciliary support staff as and when our residents require it.
Draycott offers all levels of support, from companionship through to live-in nurse-led care.
Residents control the amount and type of support and care to suit their needs, with our in-house Wellbeing Manager & Support Coordinator available to guide and facilitate every aspect.

Our nursing, care, hospitality and wellness specialists collaborate seamlessly so there are no external handovers or fragmented services, just calm, continuous support from highly-skilled professionals 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Draycott Nursing & Care
Draycott’s services range from hourly support - such as meal preparation, attending health appointments, or post-operative exercises - to more comprehensive care packages and round-the-clock nursing, all available within your Auriens home.
Below is an example of some of the needs our carers and nurses can support with:
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, showering, hair care, oral hygiene, managing incontinence, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Mobilty Support: Help with walking, transferring, and using mobility aids.
- Post-Operative Recovery: Support with post-operative exercises and care, including after hip or knee replacement surgeries.
- Food and Nutrition: Meal preparation, assistance with eating, and monitoring of nutritional intake.
- Medication Management: Reminding individuals to take medications as
prescribed. - Administrative Assistance: Help with banking tasks and paying bills
- Companionship and Transportation: Support for trips to the doctor's
appointments, visiting family, attending church, or going to the hairdresser. - Clinical Procedures: Changing dressings, taking blood, and administering
intravenous therapy. - Specialist Care: Services such as IV therapy, cannulation, colostomy, ileostomy, urost
Draycott's medical concierge service provides support to ensure all of your medical needs are met with ease& Below are the specific services offered:
GP Liaison:
- Facilitating communication between you and your General Practitioner.
- Assisting in finding and enrolling with a local GP.
- Ordering necessary medical equipment on your behalf.
Medical Referrals and Signposting:
- Guiding you through the process of obtaining specialist care or relevant medical services.
- Referring you to allied health professionals or signposting you to trusted healthcare providers we collaborate with.
Support with Medical Appointments:
- Coordinating and scheduling your medical appointments.
- Providing support to ensure you attend your appointments with ease.
The 30-minute services are designed to provide quick, convenient support for specific health needs. These services include:
- Blood Pressure (BP) Monitoring
- Urinalysis
- COVID Testing
