Auriens Publishes First ESG Report

The report captures how sustainability, responsibility, and care are embedded across everything we do at Auriens Chelsea from the way our buildings are designed and maintained, to the wellbeing of our residents and colleagues, and the values that guide our governance.
Far from being a standalone project, ESG is at the heart of our culture and operations. As our CEO, Julie Fawcett, explains “ESG isn’t a separate function here, it’s part of who we are.”
The strategy is structured around four key pillars: Auriens Buildings, Auriens Communities, Auriens People, and Auriens Purpose. Each of these areas highlights both what we have already achieved and the clear actions and targets that will guide our work into the future.
The report also sets out ambitious future targets, including a baseline carbon footprint for Auriens Chelsea, new biodiversity initiatives in our gardens, enhanced supplier engagement on sustainability, and the continuation of our wellbeing and satisfaction surveys for both residents and staff.
ESG isn’t a separate function here, it’s part of who we are.
This first report marks an important milestone, but it is also a statement of intent. ESG at Auriens is not a box-ticking exercise, it is a long-term commitment to making a positive impact for our residents, our team, our local community, and the wider world.
